It is manufactured from high‑impact white styrene plastic and incorporates 100 mm of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation to minimise heat loss.
The loft hatch features a flush‑fitting design with concealed inner and outer frame seals to improve airtightness. UV stability and a smooth satin finish ensure long‑term durability and a clean ceiling appearance. Tested in a UKAS‑accredited facility, the product exceeds NHBC requirements and delivers a low U‑value of 0.35.
